includes gate entry
and "Seagars at Oxford" newly created, seasonal, scrumptious
picnic lunch
served in the garden, with Waipara Downs Wine, plus tea or coffee.

Cassidy, our local vocalist, will charm you with her musical talents
at 11.45am and 1pm.
The
much celebrated music master, Barry Saunders of The Warratahs at
12.30pm.
